Your brain is too focused on being efficient.
Once it learns something and does it over and over again, it doesn’t need energy to do it. It becomes routine.
Therefore, it is important to pause and think about whether your habits are helpful or not.
And this is exactly why I have made a list of 11 habits that you should stop as soon as possible.
So here are the 11 habits that you should stop…
STOP BEING BUSY
Being “busy” is a state of mind. It means you have too much to do that you haven’t planned for.
The reality is that in your head you can put all the actions you need to do in order and execute them on your calendar.
You can choose to do this without ever being “busy” again.
If you free yourself from saying that you are busy, you will get clarity about your life.
STOP LEAVING LIFE UP TO CHANCE
If you leave life to chance, you don’t set goals for yourself, which means that you don’t pursue your dream life.
In this scenario, you are living someone else’s dream.
If you don’t plan your long-term goals and don’t set yourself any goals for your life, the daily overload will stand in the way of any chance of living the life you have always wanted.
This is no way to live.
DON’T BE A SCARCITY THINKER
If you have the habit of being a “scarcity thinker”, you must put an end to this as soon as possible.
Scarcity thinking means that you think life is limited and has only so much to offer. It is thinking “there is not enough” – not enough time, not enough money, not enough fillers.
People who have a scarcity mindset think that there is always a winner and a loser (not two winners), they are exclusive (not inclusive), they are stingy with their knowledge, they resent competition, they are fearful, justified and think small.
On the other hand, someone who thinks in abundance believes that more and more will come, he invites and welcomes competition, he has no confidence, he thinks big, is grateful and confident.
Be a thinker of abundance. You will be happier, healthier and more successful.
STOP LISTENING TO NEGATIVE INPUT
Her brain is wired to look for what’s dangerous.
That means that every time something negative comes on the news, your brain is drawn to it.
To counteract this, you listen to positive input instead.
A good way to start right now is to get all my podcast episodes drunk. This will give you a little dose of motivation every day.
Listening to this podcast every week will change your life!
STOP TRYING TO DO TOO MUCH AT ONE TIME
If you are trying to multitask and do several things at once, now is the time to stop.
This will destroy your productivity and time management. You will feel overwhelmed and out of control. You will also feel exhausted.
Planning and being productive means being more efficient and having more time for what you love.
STOP PUTTING OFF STARTING YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS
If you want to start a side blow and postpone it, you must stop.
It’s a habit. You have a habit of putting off your dreams.
It’s sooo easy to do. But the truth is, there’s never the right time.
I’m here to tell you that the right time is right now.
I am an example of what is possible when you start a business. I’ve gone from overworked lawyer to full-time life consultant and entrepreneur – all because I started.
DON’T BE YOUR OWN WORST ENEMY
Don’t get in your own way.
If you think negative, hurtful thoughts about yourself, you will stand in the way of a better life.
Get used to being your own best friend and thinking powerful thoughts that support everything you want in life.
I use The Five Minute Journal to practice gratitude and make positive affirmations daily. I use it every day, and I’m kind of obsessed with it. With a simply structured format based on positive psychological research, you will begin and end each day with gratitude.
STOP LOOKING FOR FULFILLMENT OUTSIDE OF YOU.
Stop looking for fulfillment outside of yourself.
This is something I constantly teach and coach in Grow You (my life counseling program). It is so hard to see yourself, but when you realize that you can be as fulfilled in your life as you have always wanted to be, your world explodes.
STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE
Stop comparing yourself to other people.
This is especially difficult with social media, because social media usually show the highlights of people’s lives (not the whole picture).
Remember that your only competition is yourself. Someone is completely different from you, and you shouldn’t compare your story to theirs.

STOP SAYING YOU “CAN’T AFFORD” SOMETHING
If you have the habit of saying that you cannot afford to do something, you should stop doing it as soon as possible.
This is scarcity thinking.
If you say you can’t afford something, you are giving away your power to your money. In reality, you decide to spend your money on something else – rent, bills, etc.
If you rephrase this, you can see that you are in control of the results you achieve in your life.
The truth is that you can change your money beliefs and earn more income. You can also reduce your expenses. You can get a job. You can do a million different things to change your life.

If you doubt yourself – stop now. I’m sooo serious!
From the time I was a little girl, my father told me I could do anything I wanted. He told me that it didn’t matter that I wasn’t so smart and that I wasn’t in the honor class, because I could just keep going and eventually outrun everyone if I stayed with it.
He was right.
You don’t have to be the smartest or the most efficient to succeed.
You can succeed, and you can win with what you fight for.
The best asset you have is yourself. And you have to know that and believe in yourself to achieve that.
